Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
As a Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Solicit new business: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to connect with new clients, build relationships, and drive business growth through telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Process policy change requests: Efficiently and accurately process policy changes, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maintaining accurate records.
- Secure trailing documents: Obtain necessary documents from customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Take premium payments: Collect premium payments from customers, providing clear explanations and ensuring a smooth payment process.
- Ask for referrals: Encourage clients to refer friends and family, explaining the benefits of our referral program and fostering a culture of loyalty and advocacy.
