Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a full-time employee, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering questions from our clients. Responsibilities

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Solicit new business: Utilize your exceptional communication skills to connect with new clients, build relationships, and drive business growth through telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Process policy change requests: Efficiently and accurately process policy changes, ensuring seamless customer experiences and maintaining accurate records.
  • Secure trailing documents: Obtain necessary documents from customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Take premium payments: Collect premium payments from customers, providing clear explanations and ensuring a smooth payment process.
  • Ask for referrals: Encourage clients to refer friends and family, explaining the benefits of our referral program and fostering a culture of loyalty and advocacy.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Insurance industry experience: Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and procedures would be an asset.
  • Bilingual skills: Fluency in multiple languages would be an advantage, particularly in Spanish.
