Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative – Order Entry II at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries
- Providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty and drive business growth
- Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Performing a number of Customer Service support tasks, including working with the Invoicing Team, daily sorting of printed invoices, mailing of printed invoices, scanning of invoices, emailing needed scanned invoices to customers, and renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site
- Analyzing abnormalities that occur within your working area and identifying the cause and remedies based upon professional knowledge and insights
- Determining, based upon professional knowledge, how best to approach the task and how to solve abnormalities
- Completing work with a limited degree of supervision
Essential Qualifications:
* 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or related role
- High-school/Associates or equivalent experience if applicable
- Certification if applicable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a similar role at a similar company
- Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
