Job Summary

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their web presence is successful. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer requests, manage their web presence, and provide training and support on our web design suite. Key Responsibilities

* Manage email, phone, and chat communication with customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their requests and concerns.

  • Support long-term customers with the management of their web presence, helping them navigate the direction of their website and providing guidance on best practices.
  • Learn the tools of our web design suite and assist customers with small design tasks, such as layout adjustments and content updates.
  • Contribute to the development of Knowledge Base/FAQ and other customer-facing support resources, ensuring our clients have access to the information they need to succeed.
  • Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve customer pain points, providing feedback and insights to inform our product development and customer support strategies.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience supporting American clients or customers in an external-facing role, preferably in the web design industry.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in web design, including knowledge of website management and third-party integrations.
  • Empathy for small business users and the ability to quickly grasp the issues they're facing.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Patient, thoughtful, encouraging, and calm demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with web design software and tools, such as our web design suite.

  • Familiarity with managing third-party integrations on websites and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
  • Strong learning and teaching skills, with the ability to train and support customers on our web design suite.
