Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering and managing customer inquiries via phone and email in a clear, confident, and professional manner

Schedule
We're looking for a part-time Virtual Customer Service Representative to work 20-30 hours per week. Our core hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM (Mountain Standard Time preferred), but we're open to flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Experience in customer service and scheduling, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
