Job Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and individuals, identifying new sales opportunities and building a loyal client base
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through the sale of supplemental health and life insurance products
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and marketing strategies to effectively promote arenaflex products
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Utilize arenaflex's mobile sales platform to present products, access product information, and submit applications

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on supplemental health and life insurance

  • Strong understanding of insurance products and industry trends
  • Experience with sales software and mobile platforms
  • Certification in life and health insurance (CLU, ChFC, or similar)
