Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in engaging with potential customers, providing product information, and guiding them through the buying process. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Contacting warm leads who have shown interest in our furniture selections to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Providing product information, answering questions, and guiding customers through the buying process
  • Building relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Following up on inquiries via phone, email, and chat to drive sales
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updating CRM systems
  • Collaborating with the sales team to optimize lead conversion

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential customers
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM software (a plus)

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including:

  • 10 hour shifts
  • 4 hour shifts
  • 8 hour shifts
  • Day shifts
  • Evening shifts
  • Morning shifts

Ability to Commute and Relocate

We're located in Chandler, AZ 85224, and we prefer candidates who are able to commute to our office. However, we're open to considering candidates who are willing to relocate to our area before starting work.
