Your Role
As a Mid-Market Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Owning the core relationship
with our mid-market employer partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Evolving the customer journey
for our mid-market employers, identifying opportunities to improve their experience and drive adoption
Helping scale internal processes
to support hundreds of premium employers, streamlining our operations to meet growing demand
Synthesizing the voice of the customer
from qualitative and quantitative feedback, driving future product enhancements and features that meet our employer partners' needs
Your Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
2+ years of experience
in Consulting, Account Management, or Customer Success, managing a portfolio of 70+ customers
Experience with SaaS
, with a proven track record of driving customer adoption and value consultation with multiple senior stakeholders
Ability to translate business goals into outcomes
, building processes that align with customer needs and drive growth
High level of comfort
facilitating meetings and delivering product trainings with external customers
Collaborative spirit
, with a willingness to work closely with sales, marketing, product management, and data analytics teams
Technical aptitude
, with a strong understanding of our platform and ability to provide process improvement solutions to create team efficiencies

Compensation Range
We offer a competitive salary range of $130,000 - $140,000, with an 80/20 split. You'll also have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule from our SF or NY office, three times a week, with the option to travel up to 20% of the time.
