Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Host/Bakery Cashier/Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, setting the tone for their experience at arenaflex. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers with a warm smile and a welcoming attitude
• Managing cash transactions, handling payments, and operating a point-of-sale system
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive work environment
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 16 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience (a plus!)
• Availability to work at least 4 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
• Basic math skills, with the ability to perform calculations with speed and accuracy
• Ability to speak and understand English, with a strong emphasis on clear and direct communication
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 60 pounds, and perform other duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be a plus:

• Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills
• Previous experience in the food service industry
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems
