Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (Teller) to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of our organization, responsible for processing personal and commercial transactions, providing fast and friendly customer service, and promoting our various services to customers. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative (Teller) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Processing personal and commercial transactions, including receiving checks and cash for deposits, processing mortgage and consumer loan payments, and counting and packaging coins and currency.
- Promoting and explaining other services offered by arenaflex, such as deposit products, customer convenience services, and consumer and mortgage loans.
- Preparing and maintaining various reports and records, relating to currency transactions and BSA reports.
- Providing fast and friendly customer service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have.
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals.
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge about arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and experience:
- Proficient communication skills, including in-person, over the phone, and via email.
- Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient math and computer skills, including experience with banking software and systems.
- Six months of cash handling and/or customer service experience (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Schedule and Work Location
This is a full-time position, working a day shift with occasional weekends as needed. The work location is in-person at our West Milton office.
