Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing fast, friendly service to our customers, assessing their needs, and providing assistance to help them achieve their goals. You'll learn about our products and services, and use that knowledge to sell entire projects to our customers. You'll work closely with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn about arenaflex products and services, and use that knowledge to sell entire projects to customers
  • Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring that they are clean, shop-able, and safe
  • Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards and unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
  • Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service
  • Participate in sales and customer service initiatives to drive sales success and customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to build loyalty and drive repeat business
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services, and use that knowledge to make recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience required
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the construction or home improvement industries

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Sales and customer service certifications or training
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working in a team environment and collaborating with others to achieve goals
