Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Team Member at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Package and Ship Customer Packages: Accurately package and ship customer packages, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Operate Point of Sale and Shipping Software: Efficiently operate our point of sale and shipping software, ensuring seamless transactions and accurate processing.
  • Provide Assistance in Print and Scan Services: Provide expert assistance to customers with print and scan services, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take Passport Photos and Conduct Fingerprint Scanning: Take high-quality passport photos and conduct fingerprint scanning services for customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Sort and Distribute Mail for Mailbox Customers: Sort and distribute mail for our mailbox customers, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Other Duties as Assigned: Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring the smooth operation of our retail and mail services.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Customer Service Team Member at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Minimum of 2 Years Experience in Retail or Customer Service: Proven experience in retail or customer service, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Basic Typing and Computer Skills: Proficient typing and computer skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently operate our point of sale and shipping software.
  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to Lift at Least 40+ Pounds: The ability to lift at least 40+ pounds, with a strong focus on safety and physical well-being.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience with Point of Sale and Shipping Software: Experience with point of sale and shipping software, with a strong understanding of its operation and functionality.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven Problem-Solving Skills: Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
