Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Senior Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our Central Nursing Team, you'll work independently to assist internal and external clients with non-clinical projects and functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, field staff, and other departments via phone, email, IM, and fax
- Scheduling home infusion visits and coordinating with nurse managers, field staff, and patients to ensure accurate and timely appointments
- Researching and resolving non-clinical problems within the nursing department
- Collaborating with various departments, including pharmacy, reimbursement, and nursing, to coordinate nursing referrals and schedules
- Monitoring patient appointments and proactively communicating with field staff and patients to confirm accuracy
- Utilizing Excel and other software programs to manage data and prioritize tasks effectively
Essential Functions
* Use of pharmacy and scheduling programs for documentation and nurse scheduling of home infusion visits
- Proactive communication with field staff, nurse management, and patients
- Investigation and resolution of issues and problems
- Timely and accurate entry of data in appropriate systems
- Ability to multitask effectively and use critical thinking
- High proficiency and regular use of Excel and Outlook
- Proactive work ethic with ability to be managed/trained virtually
Qualifications
* High School education or GED
- 5+ years of relevant Customer Service experience
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Excellent written and oral professional communication skills
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment, learn quickly, solve problems, and make independent decisions
Work Environment and Requirements
* Must be located within 50 miles of 261 Cedar Hill St., Building C, Marlborough, MA 01752 or 44927 George Washington Ste 135, Ashburn, VA 20147
- Internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
- Must be able to work in a remote capacity with minimal supervision
