Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a variety of tasks and responsibilities that will challenge you and help you grow your career. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
  • Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions
  • Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
  • Interacting with customers daily and working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
  • Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
  • Communicating and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude and having fun
  • Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and coming up with great ideas to solve problems
  • Thinking quickly and offering suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and store operations

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience (a plus!)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
  • Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
