Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll enjoy a variety of tasks and responsibilities that will challenge you and help you grow your career. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Running the register, cashiering, and making purchase suggestions
- Working with our food program and maintaining high standards for store appearance
- Interacting with customers daily and working with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Selling products to customers and providing excellent customer care
- Communicating and engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Performing at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude and having fun
- Working as part of a team to accomplish daily goals and coming up with great ideas to solve problems
- Thinking quickly and offering suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and store operations
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
- Sales associate or cashiering experience (a plus!)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges
- Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
