Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – arenaflex Insurance Agency Team Member, you will be responsible for:

• Building personalized relationships with clients through exceptional customer service
• Answering incoming calls, texts, and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a professional appearance and friendly attitude at all times
• Recommending available products and services to clients, including other lines of insurance
• Asking for referrals and reviews to enhance our agency's reputation
• Conducting policy reviews to ensure clients have the right coverage
• Noting every communication with clients in our Electronic Customer Relationship Management (ECRM) system
• Directing clients to a sales representative when a policy needs to be initiated

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Property and Casualty state insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within the first two weeks of employment)
• An agreement with arenaflex within the first two weeks of employment by completing all required training
• Prior insurance experience is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in using electronic systems and software

Preferred Qualifications

* Life and Health insurance license (or the ability to obtain one within 60 days)

• Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the insurance industry
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
