About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our customers in a kind and professional manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty. You'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to provide exceptional service, resolve customer travel issues, and make every interaction a positive one.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner to build relationships and create memorable experiences
- Anticipate customer needs and take proactive steps to resolve issues and prevent problems
- Maintain a strong safety mentality by adhering to industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with colleagues to support new processes and technologies, and help each other succeed
- Provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
- Physical ability to stand and walk for an eight-hour shift, as well as lift and handle baggage
- Ability to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Ability to meet arenaflex's attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and support colleagues
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Familiarity with airline operations and customer service standards

Compensation and Benefits:
* Starting rate of $19.07 per hour
- Bonus eligible position (i.e. profit sharing)
