Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
- Running the register and handling cash transactions
- Making purchase suggestions and promoting arenaflex products
- Working with our food program and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve daily goals and maintain high standards for store appearance
- Providing regular and predictable onsite attendance
- Interacting with customers daily and working with a fun, energetic team
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail and customer service experience (preferably in a fast-paced environment)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Physical ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
- Sales associate or cashiering experience
- Motivation to advance in your career and take on new challenges
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
