The Big Task

As a customer service representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional home service experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Converting incoming client calls into booked service appointments: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to turn every call into a booked appointment.
• Establishing client rapport and encouraging repeat business: You'll build strong relationships with our customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their experience with arenaflex.
• Responding to client requests via phone and email: You'll be the go-to person for resolving issues and promoting the arenaflex brand, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service.
• Adhering to our plan for resolving client complaints quickly and favorably: You'll be part of a team that's committed to resolving issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring our customers are satisfied and loyal.
• Participating in training to boost booked calls: You'll have access to ongoing training and coaching to help you improve your skills and increase your productivity.
• Maintaining and updating client database with complete and accurate information: You'll be responsible for ensuring our client database is up-to-date and accurate, providing valuable insights for our team.
• Making outbound calls: You'll be proactive in reaching out to our customers to ensure they're satisfied with our services and to identify opportunities for growth.
• Being available for On-Call duties: You'll be part of a rotating On-Call schedule, ensuring our customers receive the support they need 24/7.
