Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, including:
- Greeting customers in a positive and approachable manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere in our stores
- Assisting customers with the selection of merchandise, answering questions, and providing product information
- Completing transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Maintaining a clean, well-stocked store environment, including unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing merchandise, and transporting merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor
- Independently stocking shelves and recovering merchandise in the store
- Remaining constantly aware of customer activity to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment
- Performing all other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and profitable store operation
Position Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to follow directives and interpret retail operational documents as assigned
- Previous experience working in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environments is preferred
- The ability to regularly lift up to 40lbs (and occasionally, up to 55lbs) from floor level to above shoulder height, with the ability to meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation
- A flexible, full-time schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
