Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that will keep you engaged and challenged. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise
- Managing loan payments and balancing accounts with accuracy and efficiency
- Balancing cash drawers according to branch policy and comparing totaled amounts to Integrated teller totals
- Reporting malfunctions of teller machines and other equipment used at the customer service station
- Balancing and/or servicing ATM machines as required
- Receiving and processing mortgage, consumer loan, and other payments
- Generating customer receipts and ensuring accurate and timely processing
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred minimum of six (6) months of cash handling and/or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work all shifts, including day shifts and Saturdays
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
