Experienced Full Stack Technical Leader – Customer Experience and Network Architecture Development

Meet the Team

Our Technical Leaders are an integral part of the CX team, combining the power of Cisco Analytics and Knowledge with outstanding technical expertise and consulting to drive value, innovation, and adoption in our customers' networks. We work closely with arenaflex Engineering to advocate for innovation for our customers and as a liaison, share what is coming with our customers to help them be the groundbreakers of technology.

Your Impact

As a Technical Leader, you will help drive the effort to transform our current and future network architecture for our customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building customer deliverable documentation, including High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), and Acceptance Test Plan (ATP) for the entire network portfolio
  • Developing creative solutions to complex technical problems
  • Collaborating with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and adoption
  • Providing high-level crisis management through anticipation of issues, problems, or events and actively resolving them with the Customer and Partners
  • Leading or guiding teams made up of Cisco, Customer, and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of sophisticated network problems
  • Developing and implementing Quality of Service (QoS) development and implementation

Minimum Qualifications

* US Government TS/SCI Clearance or Top Secret with SCI eligibility

  • 4 years relevant experience in Cisco Data Center compute and networking
  • Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP)/Data Center or equivalent skills with a focus on ACI

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience delivering Cisco standard methodologies within our customer's infrastructure

  • Ability to lead or guide teams made up of Cisco, Customer, and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of sophisticated network problems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to solve technical problems
  • Experience with Quality of Service (QoS) development and implementation
  • Ability to multi-task and self-start in a fast-paced team environment and work independently
  • Strong communication, consulting, and customer relationship skills to create productive collaborations
