Job Summary
As an Associate or Mid-Level Customer Instructional Systems Designer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing technical learning solutions that meet customer and stakeholder objectives. You'll work closely with our Air Dominance CD&I team to support contracts with the Navy (F-18), Air Force (F-15), and other military branches. Your expertise will be essential in creating effective training content, evaluating technical training effectiveness, and developing new instructional strategies and methods.
Key Responsibilities
* Design technical learning solutions to meet customer and stakeholder objectives
- Research and analyze learning objectives and customer needs
- Design and provide recommendations to stakeholders on course structure, content, and methodologies
- Complete design review process with stakeholders
- Support development of training content to meet training objectives
- Evaluate technical training effectiveness and customer feedback
- Support developing and accessing new instructional strategies, methods, technologies, and tools related to instructional design, development, and delivery
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Experience with Instructional System Design Methodologies, Learning Data, and Learning Management Systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design models
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms
- Certification in Instructional Design or a related field (e.g., Certified Instructional Designer, Certified Professional in Learning and Performance)

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base salary: $66,300 - $89,700 (Associate) or $75,650 - $118,450 (Mid-Level)
