Responsibilities

As a virtual customer care professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls from card members with professionalism and care, actively listening to their needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • Guiding customers through account details, billing inquiries, and dispute resolutions
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies
  • Cooperating with team members and leadership to continuously improve service distribution
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics such as customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity

* First Call Resolution (FCR)

  • Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
  • Quality Monitoring (QM)
  • Productivity and Efficiency

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Proficiency in multiple languages
