Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Analyst to join our team. As an IT Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving complex IT issues, identifying trends and patterns, and implementing process improvements to enhance our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and resolve complex IT issues, including incident management, problem management, and change management. - Identify trends and patterns in IT service requests and implement process improvements to enhance our e-commerce platform. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. - Develop and maintain IT service management processes and procedures. - Provide training and support to IT staff on IT service management processes and procedures. - Analyze and report on IT service metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance our e-commerce platform. - Develop and maintain relationships with IT vendors and partners. - Participate in IT project planning and execution. - Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement IT strategies.

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, or a related field. - Strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices. - Experience with IT service management tools and software, including ServiceNow. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in IT operations, IT service management, or a related field. - Experience with cloud-based technologies, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. - Experience with agile project management methodologies. - Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework. - Experience with IT service management software, including ServiceNow.
