Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and assisting customers with specific requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Capturing information and entering data into our customer service database with accuracy and efficiency
  • Operating our customer service database and adhering to relevant call-handling instructions
  • Relaying messages and routing calls to the appropriate resources
  • Following up on customer calls with clerical duties and liaising with other departments
  • Providing personalized customer service at the highest level, exceeding customer expectations and building strong relationships

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Clearance: Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Competencies:

+ Reliable internet connection and attendance + Pleasant and friendly mannerisms, with a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette + Basic computer navigation skills + Quick and correct typing – ability to create grammatically correct responses without spelling errors + Positive attitude and a passion for learning + Goal-oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results + Ability to uphold our company values: - Quality - Teamwork - Service - Adaptability - Integrity - Ownership

  • Skills/Knowledge:

+ Bilingual (English and Spanish) – ability to speak, write, and read proficiently + Previous call center experience preferred + Previous customer service experience + Utilities customer service experience preferred + Medical office setting customer service experience preferred

Position Details

* Full-Time Remote Position: Work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work environment

  • Remote Work Requirements: Must live 50 miles or more outside the Houston area; accepting applications from Texas, Tennessee, and Nevada
  • Interview Process: Group interviews will be conducted virtually (Google Meets) in Central Time
  • Pay: Bilingual $14.50 - $17.50/hr
  • Training Details:

+ 2-week training program, including weekends + Remote training will be done online in Central Time + Week 1: Monday through Friday + Week 2: Monday through Thursday + Saturday or Sunday

  • Work Schedule & Requirements:

+ 40-hour week shifts will cover anywhere from 7AM to 10PM in Central Time + 4 weekdays and 1 Saturday or 1 Sunday + Weekends are mandatory + Proof of adequate internet speed, a room free of background noise, ability to adhere to the Attendance Policy, Remote Work Agreement, & maintaining KPI scores high is required
