Experienced Finance Technology Enablement Manager – Driving Innovation in Financial Planning and Analysis

As a key member of our Finance Technology Enablement team, the Finance Technology Enablement Manager will play a critical role in driving the investigation and planning of vital F&A solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and co-create innovative solutions to support arenaflex's financial planning and analysis (FP&A) partners.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Technology Enablement Manager to join our team at arenaflex. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the investigation and planning of vital F&A solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and co-create innovative solutions to support arenaflex's FP&A partners. Responsibilities:

As a Finance Technology Enablement Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Creating connections and collaborating with key stakeholders to understand their functional and business needs.
• Working closely with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Advancing around financial cycles, planning philosophies, frameworks, reports, and analyses.
• Serving as the liaison between the FP&A and application development teams to enable change.
• Performing and supporting ad-hoc analysis, modeling, and projects on a case-by-case basis.
• Continuously improving existing processes and driving innovation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
• Developing and executing project plans and working with teams to implement arising innovations.
• Applying financial planning and analysis experiences to create and defend business requirements to drive optimal innovation solutions.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a postgraduate education is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance innovation.
• Strong working knowledge of financial reports.
• Strong understanding of financial tools, data innovations, and data techniques.
• Collaborative partner and ability to take ownership of projects.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Thorough, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with OneStream/CPM tools, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.

• Strong understanding of data analytics and business intelligence.
• Experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, as well as a range of benefits and perks, including:

• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
• Bonus structure: 10% - 20% of annual salary.
