Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and organized Remote Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- 16 years of age or older - High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred - Minimum 1 year of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field - Proficient in basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members - Ability to type accurately at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute - Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace - Basic English written and spoken language skills

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment - Proficiency in specialized software or systems, such as CRM or ERP - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Experience working with diverse client populations and managing multiple priorities
