Your Role as an Inside Sales Consultant
As an ISC with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for promoting our advertising and marketing solutions to local businesses across the UK and Canada. Your primary goal will be to educate business owners about the benefits of our platform and help them achieve their marketing objectives. You'll work closely with our virtual team to develop and execute sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
* Train, strategize, and efficiently promote arenaflex advertising programs through a high volume of outbound sales calls (100% phone-based)
- Identify and acquire new clients across various industries, including dentists, florists, and restaurant owners
- Manage a pipeline of clients using our CRM (Salesforce) and adapt to changing sales strategies and product offerings
- Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's advertising solutions and adapt product knowledge to meet client needs
- Overcome client objections and rejection, and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
- Work independently with minimal oversight, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to achieve daily and monthly targets
What It Takes to Succeed
* GED/HS Diploma and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, or a Bachelor's Degree
- No fear of the smartphone and a strong understanding of basic computer and email skills (we use Google Suite and provide a MacBook computer)
- Ability to work in a distraction-free environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Potential to manage independently with minimal oversight and adapt to changing sales strategies
- Valid US sales authorization (we'll provide training and support to ensure your success)
