Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a Senior Learning Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing dashboards, presentations, analytics, and business insights for our internal training department, Southwest Airlines University. You will use advanced tools and techniques to combine data from various sources, provide insights to key stakeholders, and measure the effectiveness of our training programs. Responsibilities

As a Senior Learning Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Applying expertise and customer needs assessment to create solutions that meet the need
• Analyzing and mitigating risks associated with equipment and projects
• Applying advanced expertise in data cleaning strategies and tools, including Alteryx, data visualization tools such as Tableau, and other data analytics tools, to create insights that support data and visualization requests
• Applying advanced expertise in SQL, Python, or other reporting languages or tools, to create and maintain advanced solutions for reporting training data
• Supporting escalated and complex data troubleshooting for business customers
• Gathering and interpreting requirements to convert business needs into actionable data and present findings
• Partnering with senior leaders to gain insights and measurements to convert business needs into actionable data presentation requirements
• Identifying strengths and weaknesses of potential solutions, conclusions, or processes to problems
• Understanding and estimating the effort and cost of a solution
• Working with the Business Intelligence Analyst to resolve issues and share expertise of tools and strategies
• May perform other task assignments as directed by Employee's Leaders

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To succeed as a Senior Learning Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will need:

• Ability to apply advanced tools to quickly understand and accurately define complex problems to systematically examine and weigh options to advocate solutions
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and manage time effectively
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet departmental targets and goals
• Be a self-starter and able to work with a minimal amount of supervision to perform assignments and projects
• Understanding of Company policies (e.g.: Appearance and Attendance) and expectations of SWA Culture
• Ability to work effectively independently or in a strong customer service and/or team environment
• Willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, and travel as required
• Ability to work under tight time constraints and at times, in stressful conditions
• Ability to design and conduct analyses, as well as synthesize recommendations
• Ability to develop, present, and effectively communicate techniques and ideas to various audiences

Education

* Required: High School Diploma or GED

Experience

* Advanced level experience, fully functioning extensive expertise in: + Acquiring data using various tools such as: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Qlikm, Attunity, or other comparable toolsets. + Visualization and presentation experience

• Preferred: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Visual Basic)
• Preferred: Working experience in Air Operations training and Advance Qualification Program (AQP)

Work Environment and Company Culture

As a remote work-from-home (WFH) opportunity, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. However, you will be required to work onsite at our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX for a minimum of 3 days a week.
