Work Outline

As an Experienced Full Stack Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing information section and patient enrollment in accordance with state and government guidelines
  • Handling high-volume customer inquiries, working under direct supervision
  • Maintaining guideline working procedures and performing tasks as per arenaflex arrangements and protocols
  • Utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy systems to obtain patient and medication data
  • Responsibilities may vary depending on the allocated department

Key Responsibilities

* Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methodology and rules processes a new understanding of enrollment by entering information into a suitable system

  • Handles patient medicine demands within HIPAA guidelines and enters top-off orders for handling
  • Investigates to obtain missing solution data, and deciphers clinical truncations (SIG codes)
  • Settles all information entry-related exceptions
  • Handles correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settles outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
  • Settles Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making remedies, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement necessities
  • Settles on phone decisions to safety net providers and others to acquire data, gain supersede endorsement, or otherwise settle the Outsider Oddballs
  • Provides assistance to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different areas
  • Identifies and conveys issues to senior-level staff as suitable

Essential Capabilities

* High school certificate or GED

  • Essential level computer skills (e.g., start and close down computer, use the mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, and access data online)
  • Essential web browser skills to include opening a program, composing URLs in the right area, using a web search engine, bookmarking a webpage, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and completing forms online
  • Middle-of-the-road level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Capabilities

* At least 1 year of pharmacy professional experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy professional with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Middle-of-the-road to cutting-edge level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing files)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
