Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Analyst to join our team in California. As a key member of our Digital Innovation group, you'll play a critical role in helping us drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. You'll work closely with our IT team to analyze data from various sources, identify trends and patterns, and develop insights that inform business decisions.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Analyzing data from various sources, including customer feedback, operational metrics, and market trends
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Collaborating with our IT team to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Creating and presenting data visualizations and insights to inform business decisions
- Identifying areas for process improvement and developing recommendations for change
- Working with our Advanced Analytics team to develop and implement predictive models
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
- Collaborate with our IT team to design and implement data-driven solutions
- Create and present data visualizations and insights to inform business decisions
- Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for change

Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
- Experience with data mining, machine learning, and predictive analytics
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with programming languages, such as Python or R
- Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
