Position Details
* This is a full-time remote position that requires you to live and work in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, or Wisconsin.
- The position involves working a standard schedule, with the possibility of night and weekend shifts.
- You'll participate in a 12-week paid, virtual training program, which includes instructions, observations, tests, and performance measures.
- After training, you'll work in a permanent shift, which may include nights and weekends.
- A quiet workspace and high-speed internet connection (10 MBPS upload and 25 MBPS download) are required for remote work.

What You'll Need to Succeed
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work full-time, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to perform multiple tasks and understand various products
- Advanced education and comfort with online research, email, and web searches
- Dedicated high-speed internet with upload and download speeds of 10 MBPS and 25 MBPS, respectively
- Clear, happy, and gracious verbal and written communication using suitable language, tone, and expression
- Demonstrated perseverance and commitment to maintaining excellent attendance, performance, self-motivation, and goal achievement
