Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
- Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries.
- Providing excellent customer service through active listening.
- Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively.
- Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive.
- Appropriately communicating with customers.
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback on call issues.
- Upselling if required.
Qualifications
We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
- 6 months of customer service experience preferred.
- Over 18 years of age.
- Ability to type 25 wpm.
- High School Graduate or GED.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems.
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Logical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you will need:
- Internet Connection Requirements:
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
- Proof of internet speed required.
- Clean and quiet workspace.
