Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Stack Data Entry Associate – Customer Success – Entry Level. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents, assisting and troubleshooting customer concerns, verifying data and information using a verification process, addressing customers' questions while displaying exceptional customer service skills, documenting both customer concerns and solutions, and meeting or exceeding all managed metrics. Key Responsibilities
* Receive challenging calls transferred from Tier 1 agents and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist and troubleshoot customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Verify data and information using a verification process to ensure accuracy and quality
- Address customers' questions and concerns while displaying excellent customer service skills
- Document both customer concerns and solutions in a clear and concise manner
- Meet or exceed all managed metrics, including call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* One year of Call Center, Sales, or leadership experience
- Strong computer skills, including dual monitor experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle stressful customer interactions
- Ability to handle high call volumes while adhering to scheduled breaks and lunches
- Ability to work from home with internet in a quiet area
- Reliable computer connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role or industry
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Familiarity with data entry and verification processes

Compensation and Perks
As a Full Stack Data Entry Associate – Customer Success – Entry Level, you will be compensated with a competitive hourly rate of $19.00 - $26.00+ per hour, depending on experience and performance. We also offer a range of benefits and perks, including:
