Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative – Evening & Weekends Part/Full Time Shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via inbound calls, emails, and chats. You will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via inbound calls, emails, and chats

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent (Preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (spelling and grammar)
  • Excellent listening comprehension skills
  • Proficient with basic computer applications
  • Clear, professional, and friendly voice
  • Type at least 35 words per minute with 90% accuracy
  • Excellent customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Spanish/English Bilingual (a plus)

  • Availability for both weekend days (Saturday and/or Sunday)
  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in an inbound call center environment
