Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless delivery of our web and cloud applications
- Develop and maintain a robust testing infrastructure, using tools such as JUnit, Testing, and other relevant technologies
- Design, implement, and execute comprehensive server-side test plans, ensuring high-quality testing and validation of our applications
- Work closely with our development team to identify and prioritize testing requirements, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry, applying this knowledge to improve our testing processes and procedures
- Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement testing strategies, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality and reliability
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in customer support, technical support, or a related field
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles
- Experience with Java, JUnit, Testing, and other relevant technologies
- Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end web technologies, including HTTP, AJAX, XML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Experience with iOS (client experience, programming, and equipment) and Unix
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git, SVN)
- Knowledge of application security principles and practices
- Experience with Wireshark, tcpdump, and other network analysis tools
