Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing customer service relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications. You will be the front line for data entry, ensuring the accuracy of PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entries. You will also be responsible for validating the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners, checking and validating the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases, and providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process.

Key Responsibilities

* Validate the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners

  • Responsible for all PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry accuracy as the front line for data entry
  • Check and validate accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
  • Be the customer-facing voice and develop creative solutions to customer issues
  • Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Provide proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
  • Support Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax
  • Research responses with sales
  • Build relationships with hospital billing specialists and support surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process; following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
  • Support Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED

  • Two (2) years' relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience as an account representative

  • Experience with Oracle
