Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Associate to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for processing large business orders, updating spreadsheet information, and communicating with other departments. If you have excellent data entry skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for customer service, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Process all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Format Excel orders as needed to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Set up Profiles for all Excel orders to ensure seamless processing.
  • Process incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division in a timely manner to meet demanding deadlines.
  • Process incoming Treasury Batch orders efficiently while meeting deadlines for Treasury.
  • Execute Customer Gift History lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Enter Catalog requests and address changes in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Manage incoming communications in a professional and timely manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards.
  • Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources.
  • Process Special Projects for various departments throughout the company.

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of data entry experience in a fast-paced environment.

  • Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including formulas, functions, and formatting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division.
  • Type 35 wpm with high accuracy.
  • Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including operating systems, software applications, and hardware.
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a data entry role, preferably in a customer service or operations environment.

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, macros, and data analysis.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other business applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Technical Requirements

* Network (internet): + Download speed: 5mbps (minimum) or 100mbps (preferred) + Upload speed: 3mbps (minimum) or 10mbps (preferred)

  • Hardware (PC):

+ Windows 10 operating system + 8-32 Gigabytes of RAM + 50GB available space on your Hard Drive

  • Additional Requirements:

+ USB headset with mic + 1024 x 768 resolution minimum on home monitors or screens + Mouse/touchpad and keyboard + Cellphone or landline (for DUO)
