Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a fast-paced call center environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer telephone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and knowledgeable information to customers regarding account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets
- Maintaining a working knowledge of current tax laws and policies to accurately educate and advise customers
- Performing light to moderate research using online web tools to resolve customer issues
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing technology to provide advanced support to customers
- Maintaining confidentiality of customer information and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
Minimum Entry Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of call center experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing information
Essential Qualifications
* Customer Service: Ability to appropriately address customer issues, in the interests of achieving customer satisfaction and respecting business needs
- Results Orientation: Ability to identify the most appropriate method for completing a project or reaching a goal
- Good Judgment & Decision Making: Ability to evaluate all the relevant aspects of a situation, such as potential consequences, and make an appropriate decision

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a high-volume contact service environment
- Bilingual in Spanish or second language, with good verbal and written communication skills in English
Requirements
* Must be able to pass a criminal background check
- Must submit an updated resume with related experience
- Must be able to obtain a Tax Clearance Letter stating that you do not owe any state taxes

Compensation and Benefits
* Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 per hour (Non-Bilingual); $19.00 per hour (Bilingual - Spanish)
