Job Summary

As a Part-Time Flexible Remote Chat Operator – Customer Service & Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing live chat messages on business websites and social media accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining engagement through chat interfaces. This is a beginner-friendly role, and full training is provided, so no prior paid live chat work experience is necessary.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage live chat messages on business websites and social media accounts

  • Help answer customer queries, provide product or sales links, and offer promotions or discounts directly through chat
  • Maintain engagement through chat interfaces, ensuring a positive and personalized customer experience
  • Collaborate with the arenaflex team to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Basic English writing skills are necessary to perform the tasks effectively

  • Reliable laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Experience with live chat software and platforms
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (training will be provided)
  • Strong typing skills and ability to work efficiently in a chat environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
