We're now seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate (DEA) to join our team and support a leading telecommunications client. This role involves handling data entry, dispatch operations, and occasional communication/calls with technicians and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate (Tech Support) at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Accurately entering and updating data in internal systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Managing dispatch tasks, ensuring timely coordination of service requests and maintaining organized records of completed and pending work.
  • Monitoring and tracking job progress, addressing any scheduling or logistical challenges that may arise.
  • Occasionally communicating with field technicians and supervisors to confirm details and provide necessary updates, utilizing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintaining accurate and organized records of completed and pending work, adhering to company policies and procedures while handling sensitive information.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by the company as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A reliable work-from-home setup, including a laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management, with a keen eye for spotting errors and inconsistencies.
  • The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications, including spreadsheets and internal systems, with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking initiative and ownership of your work.
  • Prior experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus, but not essential.
