Join Our Team as a Part Time Data Entry Specialist

We're seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this entry-level role, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within HubSpot CRM to support our sales team. If you're a highly organized individual with a passion for data accuracy and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

As a Part Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Accurately inputting and updating customer and business data into HubSpot CRM
• Verifying, correcting, and maintaining database integrity and accuracy
• Organizing and categorizing data for easy retrieval and reporting
• Identifying and resolving data discrepancies or inconsistencies
• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive business information

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A basic understanding of HubSpot CRM or a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Information
