Experienced Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Provider Support

Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote position within the Pacific time zone. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals. You will be responsible for creating simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues, resulting in enhanced customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members, providers, physicians, and hospitals through phone, email, and chat interactions - Create simplicity by effectively using knowledge of plans, products, procedures, and systems to provide information and resolve issues - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards - Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services
Training and Development
- Training will be conducted virtually, with a 9-week training program focused on Benefit & Eligibility training - After completing the initial training, you will participate in an additional 12-week training program to further develop your skills and knowledge - Ongoing training and development opportunities will be available to help you grow and succeed in your role
Permanent Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 8:10am-4:40pm (Pacific Time Zone)
Requirements
- Experience in a production environment - Customer Service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, preferred - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Empathy towards customers' needs and concerns - Strong computer navigation and typing skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks in a transaction/high volume-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. - Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40 - Time Type: Full-time
Compensation and Benefits
