Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Sr. Data Entry Clerk – Customer Service Representative to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our manufacturing division, you'll be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including data entry, customer service, and administrative support. This is a short-term contract opportunity that offers a unique chance to join a dynamic and innovative organization and make a real impact.

Responsibilities

As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk – Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Monitor and track field action responses: Ensure that all field action responses are properly documented and tracked, and that any discrepancies or issues are reported promptly.
  • Handle returned response letters: Collect and scan returned response letters, and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform data entry tasks: Enter data into our systems with high accuracy, and ensure that all data is up-to-date and consistent.
  • Utilize Excel software: Use Excel to perform a range of tasks, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Use various Accounting Software Systems: Utilize ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, ERP Solutions, and About Time for different tasks, including billing, check processing, and claim administration.
  • Engage in customer service: Answer inbound calls, handle billing functions, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Maintain communication: Communicate effectively with the team, and report any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience: As a Data Entry Clerk in the manufacturing industry, you'll need to have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Accounting Software Systems: You'll need to be proficient in Accounting Software Systems, including ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, ERP Solutions, and About Time.
  • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services: Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is a must, and experience with About Time software is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM systems: You'll need to have a strong knowledge of CRM systems, Epic Software, and ERP Solutions.
  • Effective communication skills: You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with the team, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
  • Strong analytical skills: You'll need to be able to analyze data and identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Sr. Data Entry Clerk – Customer Service Representative, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $17.00-$20.00 per hour. You'll also have access to a range of benefits, including:
