Schedule Requirements
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be required to work from home for 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that can be tailored to meet your needs. Your work hours must fall within the Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm timeframe. This will give you the opportunity to balance your work and personal life while contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
- Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
- Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
- Managing customer portfolios
- Organizing the workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
- Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
- Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
- Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
- Recommending process improvements where applicable
- Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services
Technical Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
