Timeline Control
- Map and monitor key milestones: inspections, financing, appraisal, closing
- Send nudges before things slip—not after
- Flag risks early and escalate anything that could derail timelines
Stakeholder Sync
- Coordinate daily with agents, lenders, title/escrow, and internal teams
- Share crisp status updates and next actions—no guesswork, no noise
- Clear conditions quickly so deals keep moving
Close-Out Discipline
- Run a final pre-close sweep to ensure zero loose ends
- Package and archive completed files to meet compliance requirements
- Maintain clean records for easy retrieval and audits
Must-Haves
- 1–3+ years supporting real estate transactions, compliance, or similar operations
- Obsessive attention to detail—you catch what others miss
- Clear, professional English communication (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to manage volume and hit deadlines without chaos
- Strong organization and follow-through—you finish what you start
Nice-to-Haves
- Hands-on experience with tools like Dotloop, SkySlope, or equivalent systems
- Working knowledge of U.S. real estate paperwork and closing flow
- Experience supporting U.S.-based agents or brokerages remotely
