Tactical HRIS Project Manager-ADP

• Urgent Need** A Tactical HRIS Project Manager is needed for a large manufacturing client for a carve-out project. This is a remote engagement, though on a rare occasion, travel may be needed to Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will have strong experience implementing HRIS systems and processes, specifically within ADP environments, and must be comfortable working directly with stakeholders across HR, payroll, IT, and business operations. Project needs are detailed below:

• Lead tactical HRIS and ADP-related projects within a complex manufacturing environment
• Partner with internal stakeholders and leadership teams to coordinate project execution and drive alignment
• Support HRIS activities related to Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), integrations, organizational changes, and process transitions
• Operate effectively within Private Equity (PE)-backed environments with fast-moving timelines and evolving business needs
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, testing, and implementation activities
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between HR, payroll, IT, and external vendors
• Support system integrations, data validation, and process improvement initiatives
• Experience with enterprise HRIS platforms, ADP systems, stakeholder management, and large-scale organizational environments strongly preferred

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour Application Question(s):
