Managing Director, Professional Services
Job Description:
- Establishing and executing the vision, strategy, and delivery model for professional services across the Americas region.
- Ensures alignment with global operational strategy while driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, financial performance, and scalable growth.
- Oversee service delivery, client engagement, financial performance, talent development, and continuous improvement across the region.
- Work with the COO to establish a clear vision, strategy, and professional services delivery model for the Americas region.
- Lead the implementation of standardized, scalable, and efficient professional services processes.
- Identify and mentor executive sponsors for key client engagements to establish and maintain long-term strategic client partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
- Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
- More than five years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services or regulated consulting environments.
- Proven experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility.
- Experience operating in regulated industries and managing complex, multi-region programs.
- Demonstrated success building high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
