Regional Property Manager
Job Description:
- Responsible for ensuring all aspects of management and employment services comply with applicable laws, codes, and practices
- Hire, train, develop and terminate supervised employees in accordance with company policies
- Provide performance evaluations and assist Community Managers with site-level teams
- Monitor and improve marketing activities and occupancy status
- Review and audit community administrative, accounting, and maintenance areas
- Resolve resident issues and respond to customer feedback
- Conduct community inspections and budget preparation
- Negotiate and evaluate contracts
- Prepare monthly variance reports and maintain action plans for communities
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in managing multifamily rental communities
- Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office, OneSite, and other relevant corporate systems
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to collect, research, and synthesize diverse information
- Experience analyzing monthly financial statements, preparing detailed budgets, and creating operating forecasts
- Solid knowledge of finance, leasing, legal, marketing, construction, and residential relations in community management
- Valid Driver's License
