Technical Consultant Patient Monitoring In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, install, and support technical system solutions for MA&TC, while providing customer support throughout the entire project cycle. You will assist the sales team, take over the commissioning and integration of systems, and be responsible for technical consulting and support. Additionally, you will accompany escalation processes, conduct training sessions, and contribute to the continuous optimization of solutions. Your job: Technical Sales Support:
- Consultation and support of project managers in the development and documentation of technical system solutions for MA&TC
- Significant contribution to the creation of the Statement of Work
- Pre-configuration, installation, and system integration of demo systems, support of sales, and customer presentations of the systems if necessary
- Calculation of IT services and hardware and support in the processing of tenders regarding technical requirements and realization possibilities
Installation, Commissioning, and Support of MA&TC Solutions:
- Install and configure MA&TC solutions, perform functional tests, integrate into customer architecture, establish compatibility of systems, and transfer to the respective remote support center
- Technical project documentation according to the current methodology
- Develop solutions for customer-internal, project-related technical problems. Explain project solutions developed by the Philips team to customers, escalate divergent customer ideas to project managers or sales
- Provide ongoing technical support for customers and MA&TC systems during the contract period, perform software upgrades & FCOs according to legal requirements, and continuously follow up on open issues
- Answer customer or dealer inquiries regarding the expansion, renewal, and maintenance of the installed MA&TC system and make proposals for dealers or the sales organization regarding offers or contract extensions if necessary
Customer Service (Post Go Live):
- Level 2 support for complex MA&TC for customer service
- Support escalation procedures in collaboration with the relevant departments, including on-site support at the customer
- Support of customer service during escalations on-site at the customer
General Activities:
- Implementation of project planning on-site or remotely
- Development and coordination of solutions in case of deviations from the predefined project plan during project implementation
- Conception and conduct of internal and external training sessions
The following should you bring:
- Completed degree (diploma/master) in medical technology/electrical engineering/computer science or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
- Experience in MA&TC project management/service is an advantage
- Very good IT and network skills
- Knowledge of the relevant product portfolio
- Very good communication and negotiation skills, as well as high social competence
- Fluent German and English
