What You Will Do
- Build strong, trusting client relationships through clear communication, proactive support, and tailored troubleshooting
- Manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, update CRM records, and ensure follow-through on commitments
- Resolve client issues with root-cause analysis, collaborate with teams, and provide clear documentation for escalations
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and use insights to drive client success
- Tailor pitches, address issues, and negotiate rates while balancing client needs and company goals
- Navigate shifting priorities, work across teams, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical issues for non-technical audiences
- Proven ability to build strong client relationships and demonstrate strong negotiation skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on root-cause analysis, paired with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Adaptability, self-motivation, and ability to balance priorities in fast-paced settings.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work night shifts and weekends as required
- Nice-to-haves: experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, advanced Excel skills and data-driven sales strategies, and familiarity with creating workflows and pipelines
